Rain the disgrace

Rain is the worst ever! I've had my sim for a few days have no coverage what so ever no signal even with just myself using the wifi I have a family who was looking forward to the wifi. But instead they can't even look at a picture on whatsapp.. The connectivity is extremely poor. And I've been trying to contact them apparently they don't own a call center I've emailed multiple times for assistance no respond but my money was deducted without any indication they this might not work for me!
