Rain, the deceiving network with NO after sale service

The Rain SA network, so called leading network, is deception of this age. I sign up an open contract for WiFi at my home but after using few months I decided to give up for poor performance. I requested to cancel the contract and gave them a month notice with reference no. ***2. I received email acknowledging the receipt of the cancellation requested and that the an agent will contact me. I have been waiting for an so called expert to contact me but meanwhile they have been debiting my account for monthly premiums for two months and then I put stop on debit order. The Rain is demanding another premium...... And as a result of non-payment the rain will not release my blocked cellphone number ***. My demand is as follows 1. The Rain must pay me back the premiums deducted after a month notice of cancellation. 2. Release my cellphone number. 3. Stop offering to the public and attracting them saying one can cancel the contract anytime. 4. I don't recommend anyone to get trapped into the net of worse network with below average after sale service. Dr Ahmad
