RAIN THE CON GUYS!! GIVE BACK MY MONEY!!

These guys are just plain and simple ********, they sell you uncapped internet for R479 per month (More than what you would pay for fiber with certain service providers). Claiming max speeds of up to 10Mbs. I have not even owned my SIM for a week yet, I have never managed more than 1Mbs, I can't stream a singular streaming channel, not You Tube, Netflix or DSTV Now and I do not see how I will even manage a usage of more than 10Gigs in a month. SO DO NOT GET ******, DUMP THESE SUCKERS.

When reporting the issue, they send you a "to do" list and close off their own tickets, don't bother to ask you if your issue is resolved or not, and when you go back to them to re-address the issue, they send you the same "to do" list... what a waste of time and space with absolutely no customer service. ****************, *****S... GIVE PEOPLES MONEY BACK, STOP THE CON!!!

When you click on the Ticket Reference they give you: https://support.rain.co.za/hc/requests/*** you get a message that says: Forbidden - Invalid Authenticity Token

NOW IF THAT DOES NOT SCREAM ********, then I do not know!!
