rain the compnay that *******ly and **********ly deducts money from account of clients even after the client has cancelled their contract. , and a service consultant called Yeoline Wax that is simply useless and ineffective at resolving clients problems

i complained on hellopeter website about rain, i lodged a complaint on 06 sept 2020, on 7th september 2020, a lady called Yeoline from rain apologized for the useless service that i have received so far, and said that an agent will be in touch with me, today's date is 16 of sept 2020, nobody from rain has contacted me yet. rain is a **********, ******* and immoral company that goes around debiting customers account even after their account has been cancelled, this same lady called Yeoline is the same *********** staff at rain that i have written several messages to and has failed to resolve the issue of ******* debit orders from my account. i hope that anybody that is planning on taking a contract with rain should think twice, this guys are ******* plain and simple

it seems that rain only replies messages on hello peter website, they never reply messages that you sent from their so called contact support on their website. and the messages that they reply on hello peter website, is just to say that they will contact you, when in reality they never contact anyone, this creates a false impression to other people that want to view the reviews of rain from hello peter website, because it will create a false impression as if rain resolved the issue with the customer, when in reality, rain simply send an automated message that they will get in touch with the customer, which they never do .
