Rain the **** Company

As a follow up to my complaint in May, I have still not had any success in my despuit with Rain, and at this point strongly believe is just a **** company that some how recived a VAT number. The fact that this company is even allowed to do business is crazy.

On my last despuit rain tried to help fix my issue by sending me a direct email, the email they sent did not even work, the irony is ridiculous, I don't think rain can even help themselves, after informing them, the email was not working they sent me another one , at least this one worked... But they might as well have not sent me another one as they did Jack **** with my issue. Rain I see likes to save face by replying and "attending" to your complaint, it's just a lie.

I finally cancelled my subscription, as I was done fighting this inept company. The process went through and they collected my router at the end of May. Keep in mind I had paid R825.00 for the full month of May and did not have a drop of internet service from them, I've called rain more time then I call my own mom trying to sort out the refund that I have requested and had been promised to recive with in 10 working days, it's been 20 working days.

Now near the end of June I am still yet to recive my money. I've called 5 time today alone and no one answers the phone. Please people if you even think about going with rain for the love of god don't. They are a ****, they divert, they dodge, and just tell you we'll look into it, they don't.

Ill call one more time, or if the complaint is not attended to with in 24 hours I'll post this complaint and my previous one on all social medias. And I will keep posting 1 star reviews to drop their score.
