Rain the biggest ****mers ever

Rain is the biggest **** ever and if I had the option of rating them a 0 I would have done so gladly. I had a run-in with Rain before but thought I will give them the benefit of the doubt and remain with them.

When I wanted to update to the new 5G option I was informed that before I switch between packages I had to pay after just having a debit order paid to them. According to them I was connected and my payment was post dated which is utter **** because I never had WiFi connection without having paid in advance so how do they even come up with that.

Also my payment date is 25th of each month, last month they attempted to deduct on the 23rd, my salary was not in yet, so they put my account into minus which I was furious about but there was nothing I can do about it. Eventually they deducted on the 27th of the month again.

I then went and change my debit order date to the 1st to ensure that nothing this like happen anymore. Lo and behold on the 1st they went ahead and deduct again, the audacity of it. I am literally fuming.

I went in to the Rain store in Queenswood Pretoria and the consultant was nothing than an utter retard that could not assist me and what he said did not even make any sense, so not only are they ****mers but they also employ the most *********** consultants that do not have any idea what they're talking about.

I could not be more annoyed than being ****med by online ****mers as Rain has proved to me that they are first hand ****mer and their services is pathetic and useless.

I would not recommend them to anyone and I am taking them to the Ombudsman because I will not be ****med like that.
