Rain - The best promises and excuses by far... The worst internet service provider in SA

Once again Rain failed on their promise... I was called and convinced by Abdul from the customer service department at Rain who made great claims and promises to assist me. They promised to send a technician to swap out the Router which I was picking up problems with and send a technician to setup and optimise the new router. Once again they did not call did not email.. And we left hanging... This is now the second time this has happened... The second time we shifted our schedule around to be present. But why would they care Rain already has my money and are going to take it again this month with just lies and excuses. So now what Rain
