Rain the ****

Rain is a ******* company with their nonsensical billing.

I have called in multiple times to get a full statement and record of payments and still haven't recieved it. They say I'm billed in arrears however I requested the month that I didn't pay as I paid in advance to get the router when and how did my payments become in arrears

They are a **** with such a lacking network which is down every other day and they will never refund you for days their network wasn't working.
