Rain Terrible Website for Customers with Complaints

Shocking Response to Queries. They don't even answer Hello Peter. I am just logging this review to help others make a decision if they intent taking out a Rain Contract. I logged a query on their website almost 3 weeks ago. I received a Ticket number and a name. 3 weeks later and no response. Just like a lot of Government Services Rain are excusing their poor service on COVID.
