rain terrible speeds

rain as a company is terrible. my speeds are so bad i cannot stream netflix, showmax or dstv. my speed is 0.02 mbps. my picture is so bad u cant c the persons face on the screen and the picture is continually buffering. after numerous complaints today nobody has helped or responded to my emails. asking customer services for help is like asking the fairies for help , they do nothing. as for towers being conjested that is the only excuse they have but do nothing to resolve the problem. they still adding more n more sim cards to the already conjested towers. they excellent in removing your money every month but dont bother about the bad service you receive as a rain customer. totally bull**** really
