Rain Terrible service provider

I have been having connection challenges ever since i upgraded to 5G, and every time i call the their support call centre my tower is always down but no body advice me about this challenge when i did my upgrade. And service you get from the agents and their team leaders is very bad. I spoke to Dintswalo who is the team leader trying to address my issue, she decided to put the phone down. and she didn't even bother to call me back, when i called for the 2nd time i spoke to Paballo who also **** that she she cant get hold of Dinstwalo but lucky enough before putting down my call i could hear a conversation between both of them about me. Not ever aware i was still on the line. Where as previously i was made to hold for assistance by one of their agent for almost an hour and afterwards my call also cut off. I have really experience a very bad service from Rain.
