Rain terrible service

I wish there was an option for no stars. I've waited over a whole week for them to help me set up my wifi as my sim hasn't been activated. each time I speak with a consultant they tell me my ticket has been escalated and someone will call me back. Still no call, no response on my emails I'm so irritated I can't work from home!
