Rain terrible service

INTERNET DISCONNECTED AFTER PAYMENT I am on a month to month contract with rain - I paid on the 26 of Jan for the month of feb but my services where suspended on the 1st Feb 2024 - When I called they are saying I made payment for Jan - I asked how so and it means I made payment of R529 for 5 days... And wen I purchased rain they said if the dont receive payment they suspend internet and there is no back pay requested because the service will be was suspended but now they suspended it after I paid.

I have been trying to get assistance but the service is horrible, the constants don't care they just want to hang the phone up. Rain keeps treating its customers like this and you never get your money back!

I want my internet connected Rain!
