Rain terrible service and customer response rate

Terrible service and network. I emailed and sent whatsapp messages on their lines but no response or call back upon several requests to cancel. The previous month the network was only available for a week yet they deduct full monthly subscription, whereas I sent a cancelation request because of the lack of service. A lady called for payment and didn't help with my previous request to sort out my past emails to cancel and to also resolve the issue of paying for something I did not get serviced for. Rain is a ***** and a ***** as you contact them to raise your concerns they give you a run around. Their customer service doesn't listen to resolve any complaints but to just demand fee payment of no service provision from them. They're the worst in service provision very good at billing for pathetic and no service. I'm so frustrated with these ****med.
