Rain terrible service again
Again even on HelloPeter and no response from Rain. I was told a consultant will contact me, NO ONE has even tried. I was told from the hundreds of queries I put in that the dasher team would contact me, NO One has. The 1st is approaching it's debit day and you will get paid for free. Is there anyone that will contact us and try to resolve our issues or are we going to keep playing this game with you. I mean it's been weeks of complains really.

01 Nov 2020, 08:17I feel like u apologizing with no intention of doing anything after I read all the comment on how bad u guys are doing as a company. Gosh so many complains in jus one day. From how you have responded I feel like thats all u know how to say, so my question is when will u guys be contacting me? (like url helping me lol) and do u think I haven't tried contacting u guys first obviously I have a million time do what great is a consultant going to do?
