Rain Terrible service

I referred my friend to this service provider and she ordered a Rain wifi sim card, they were very quick to deduct money from her account. 2 weeks till today no sim card delivered,when we call them they tell us to wait for an sms about delivery. Every time we call no one knows whats the problem. On their app it still says preparing order since 21 August. Terrible Terrible, we cant even get the money back
