Rain terrible service

Have not had connectivity since yesterday and they couldn't care. Have phoned many times and was kept holding for very long, when they eventually answered I would be cut off before the issue was resolved or I would be told they are escalating and someone would get in touch. That never happened.

Very bad service. I regret my choice. I now can't work and missing out on my projects.
