Rain terrible service

We ordered a sim card on the 31 August and after numerous follow ups with Rain and RAM they still have not delivered . I have confirmed our address with them and was promised a delivery every day of the week My account has been debited and I have nothing to show for it . When you phone RAIN or RAM the won't let you speak to a manager , I pay for a months internet and I don't have the SIM card almost 2 weeks later very poor service , atleast tell us the truth
