RAIN TERRIBLE ********

Rain has offered the most gruesome service. They do not disclose important information to their customers and they want to charge customers for services they are not using. I have been trying to deactivate my sim for 2 months, speaking to most their call center agents (who were kind) but do not know what the hell is going on. They say one thing while their website says an absolutely different thing. It has really been an awful experience and I have lost a lot of money for something I am not using and have been trying unsuccessfully to withdraw. I NEED A SIM CARD CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY. The rain website confirms what an agent said, that cancellation happens "on the last day of the month BUT YOU WILL ONLY HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DATA YOU HAVE USED". That is the fine print, however, I am further told that I will have to pay for the data charge for the month. I really do not get it.
