Rain terrible Rain

I wrote a review on the 28 July 2020 about the terrible internet speed & quality. The very next day somebody from rain sent me a mail to apologise for my bad experience with rain and assured me that a Rain representative will get i touch with me asap. It is one week later and still nobody has contacted me. I have always found the "Rain" very calming but not in this case!!!!!
