Rain - terrible provider of services
This provider does not even deserve a single star. Poor customer service, poor connectivity. All round just terrible, save your money folks.

25 May 2022, 09:33No technician came out.. I was promised my account would not be debited because of little to no usage of the product due to poor connectivity and lag in connectivity, which not eventheir technical support or "Engineer" could resolve, cancelled my contract on the 14th April as well and yet still I was debited on my account today.

27 May 2022, 10:44I was promised by your own agent that i was not going to be charged for the mere fact that from day1 i battled with you'lls ****ty connection. Ever couple minutes it would drop and lag!
I had to be the one constantly calling your service desk to try and get assistance which amounted to nothing! because none of your technical staff could assist.

I never had any joy in using the product, every 5-10mins, every day, connection would drop, lag when its back up...had to call your service desk numerous times, even when i was told someone will be in touch, no one comes back to you..I had to do Rains job continually calling.
