Rain terrible network

For the past two weeks your internet has become drastically slow, ur agent told me about moving the router around and still that doesn't help I love had it on the same spot ever since I got the 5G router and it worked perfectly fine it is horrible the reception is bad I'm doing less than 5mps in terms of speed
