Rain - terrible internet service provider

Rain internet service provider is a terrible service. I have cancelled with them no less than 5 times - via the telephone and online - and yet they still continue to take a debit order each month. I havent used the service for the past 3 months and yet they continue to charge me and refuse to cancel the service as I requested.
