Rain terrible internet service

I am so disappointed, I was hoping I could find 1/4 star, that is the perfect reflection of rain service, firstly their internet connection is terrible, then when you need assistance, you can only communicate your issue via their in app email service, which they never respond to. The worst decision I will forever regret is the day 3 months ago I signed up for their internet (service). I'm deffinitely blocking my debit order
