Rain terrible experience

Took out a contract ...in May with rain No communication on when the router will be delivered... They just pop up anytime of day..... Wifi never worked at all... I canceled the contract....i was informed someone will come an pick up the router.. No one ever did.. I phoned...rain 20 times...but still no one came to pick up the router... Rain continued to deduct money from my account every month... I'm paying for a service I never had.... I phoned the customer care line like 50 times all they ever say to me is they escalating it... Asked to speak to some sort of management or a different department... I was told that was not possible and that management will call me.... . That never happened.... Up to date... No one has contacted me regarding my refund or my cancelation..... Terrible service.... N you get no help but ever ready to deduct money from your account FOR A SERVICE YOU NEVER HAD
