RAIN- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I opened an account with rain in September 2022, and 4 months down the line the router is not working anymore. I have been calling rain and logging a dispute for a technician to come out for the last 10 days. I CANNOT RUN MY BUSINESS WITHOUT WIFI. So I am paying for a service that cannot be used because they don't care. And month end they gladly just take the debit order with no questions ask!! When you do call the support line you sometimes hold for 30minutes with NO answer. This is pathetic! I am paying huge amounts on data from another service provider because rain cannot do their job properly and my business cannot stand still for *********** people! I am extremely disappointed!!!
