Rain terrible customer service

I joined Rain network in May and had great speed and connection to be able to work from home. Now since last Tuesday network comes and goes and speed is sooooo slow I cant even open my email and do my work. I am working from home but due to RAIN network messing me around I cant be as productive and have to fork out money to buy extra data. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE as I have to pay for a FULL MONTH use when for the past week the network comes and goes and speed is soooo slow I cant do anything and I HAD TO FORK OUT EXTRA MONEY TO BUY DATA!!! I have contacted Rain via email and on fb but NOBODY has called me back...I am going to cancel this RAIN as it's a waste of money if I have to pay for something that DOESNT wor****!! Many people like me are working from home but due to RAIN TERRIBLE SERVICE they are messing with people's livelihoods!!!!!
