Rain terrible company

I called Rain cause I was interested I need internet for the house that was last year, I paid the R550. 00 I was told they will deliver till today I have not gotten any service from Rain, they keep billing me for a service I don't have, on the 25th Rain came into my account and took R780. 00 I called to find out what is happening, I'm told that they billing me for a service they giving me, I explained to them that I don't have a service with them I don't even have a Sim card I was told that I won't get my money, I have spoken to 5 different things I keep getting told I'm in the wrong department, all I need is Rain my must bring my money, cause I don't have a service with them not even a Sim card,
