RAIN TERRIBLE
Rain is the worst with Their customer Service Honesty. They never answer the phone when you need them urgently. These people don't care about their customers and only care about sales.Ive tried to reach them for Weeks and it's as if there is not enough personal working there which is a Disaster. I would not recommend this Internet Service. You will regret dealing with this business!

I would like to cancel my service with rain.This is my personal choice and has nothing to do with what I feel Is a poor service from you.And this service discontent is not yourls internet capabilities but its because There is no one to ever speak to when we call in and always says Yourl are busy.You need to hire more staff for the phones immediately!
