Rain terrible

Once again I'm logging a complaint... I sent numerous mails and keep getting a reference number but there is no call centre to contact to even get assistance! I have cancelled my rain sim today I would like a refund as I have it from the 20/07 and the connectivity is the worst I regret cancelling my telkom as there was no issues as such.

Please can somebody call me asap

I logged a complaint Saturday and everyone gets the same response... a consultant will get hold of you, I mean its Wednesday already and no1 called me

I just want my money back
