Rain Telkom

Rain is one of the most terrible products I used. I had a 5G Router on the basic plans. Speeds are terrible. Even the service of the call center is not up to date. I canceled my product about 5 weeks back. But the line is still active and should have been canceled the same day. Now they still whant to bill me for the products that I already canceled.

I will not recommend rain at all.
