RAIN telecoms unsuccessful delivery of SIM card and router

It has been 3 weeks now since I purchased my RAIN 5G sim card and router online and I still have not received delivery.

I keep calling and speaking to different agents and they all telling me the same story that they have escalated to logistics department.

Worst part is that my money has already been deducted, I also spent so much airtime to call and follow up on what I purchased.
