ZERO STAR RATING IF I COULD! Absolutely disgusted! Rain has been deducting from my account since January 2023 for a service which has never been provided. After submitting all our details and being told that Rain can assist us with connection, we were advised that there is no coverage for our area and unfortunately, Rain could not assist. An amount had already been paid which I didn't mind writing off as I was very busy at the time. My husband works away from home so I usually don't have the time to focus on minor details. Wake up call for me! Call centre agent was absolutely useless and advised that they would look into and 'consider' a refund but my last payment will need to be next month (June 2023). PAYMENT FOR WHAT????!!!!!!!!!! This is one fight I am not willing to sit back on. This is intentional and is theft. It happened to my sister as well where she was charged for two months without any service being provided. Had I not noticed the amount going off my account this month, how long would this continue???? So tell me, is this what keeps Rain afloat? THEFT?! How dare you touch my money without my approval?!!!!!! I have requested my bank to block this organisation completely. I WILL NEVER CHOOSE RAIN AND I WILL NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO USE THE SERVICES.
