Rain telecommunications is very good, just been waiting for a "sim swop" for some time, so in thT case I am a bit disappointed

21 Jul 2023, 10:54Hi, so Rain telecommunications arranges personally with me that the sim swop will happen today(21/07/2023). But then you get the courier company telling you that they will only deliver on the 24/07/2023, if this is the case and the communication is not filtering through correctly Rain should not advise the client a date.. and leave it up to the courier company to set a date when they are available.
