Rain tech support a joke.
This is my 2nd day using rain. The first day no issues.. 2nd day it has been more down than active You call the customer support line, no one picks up.I tried 3 tines and each time you wait at least 10 minutes to no avail . You request a call from sales and with in 60 seconds you receive a call . Not acceptable that my router is on and off the whole day.. Tech support is a joke..

Most of Friday Rain was down, two days being Monday it's down again
This is my WiFi used at my work place..
We use it only for our 2 phones and Uber, minimal data..
It seems you have serious issues with your unreliable towers..
I think Vodacom is the way to go
