Rain taking off money for something I don't have.
Rain keeps taking R299 off my account for something I don't have. I have contacted them numerous times, sent emails numerous times etc and nothing gets done about it. They have now taken R319 off my account. I have 5g with them and they take off their amount monthly for that but this other amount is not on. Why is this amount being taken off every month. Im paying R299 for what, now R319 for what?? Not happy at all. Terrible service and taking money off every month for nothing. Its just wrong. Not happy. Be careful with Rain. Very very bad.

07 Dec 2022, 19:31Hi. I have canceled that 4g sim card hence getting a 5g option. I dont use the 4g and haven't been using it thinking it has been canceled. Im really not happy as I have canceled it long time ago when changing over to 5g. Why hasn't it been canceled?
Terrible terrible service. Really bad. How can your company take money off for so many months for a 4g sim card I have deactivated long ago and also haven't used, its dormant?
How will this all be rectified? How do I get refunded for all these months?
