RAIN TAKING MY MONEY TWO MONTHS AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLED DUE TO TO THREE NMOTNS OF ZERO SERVICE

I HAVE HAD ZERO SERVICE SINCE JANUARY. i have had no service since January 2020. I emailed Rain on numerous occasions and all I got back was they are working on it I still had Zero service. I then cancelled in on their website at the end of Feburary as they refused to contact me or fix the problem. Althoiugh cancelled i have now been billed for march and April. IE rain has taken my money without providing any service. They have taken 500 off my acount after the sim was cancelled. RAINS customer service is shocking and they dont care at all about their clients as I have had no service since January 2020 its now April 2020 and they are still taking my money even though i cancelled the servivce at the end of Feburary
