Rain taking money for no service

I've received a rain sim for the standard internet package of R479 a week ago. After numerous calls logged I still don't have internet access. They have already deducted the money off my account yet we are still in the 7 days trial period. I've requested for everything to be terminated with immediate affect but only support mails I'm getting is we have noted your complaint. After 7 days still nothing and R479 less in my bank account.
