Rain takes your money then customer service you will beg for it

I have been having a problem with my connection for over a week, contacted support for the whole week no reply until on Monday where they said I need to move my router around I then rep**** with screenshot of where the problem is to this day there has not been a reply.

I want to contact rain but no joy because they reply when they want to or never reply at all
