Rain Takes Your Money But Does Not Rica Properly
Stuck on rica section. All is right my side as far as I can tell but it keeps getting rejected. Get it sorted or refund please.

29 Sept 2021, 20:07Seriously! The whole point of reaching out is so that you can manually review the info and get it sorted. It gave me the same error however everything is there on the agreement. My full name and id number (Page 1) as per my id, the duration (Under rules and regulations rev May 2019 on page 2, paragraph 3) and everything is initialed as per a standard simple agreement. Coming from an estate agent background specializing in rentals I can unequivocally say that only the primary part of the agreement needs be signed by both parties, addendums such as rules and regulations need only be initialed by tenants as it is supp****. So I see no reason as to why it may be deemed invalid in any way. Please stop wasting both my and your time and get it sorted, refer it to someone who can get it sorted or refund so that I can rather use Herotel or vodacom.

01 Oct 2021, 10:05So finally after finding out it was a small technicality causing the rica issue we managed to get the card rica'd. Everything seemed acceptable yesterday and speeds proved fair sitting round +- 7meg. Today started out just perfect with reasonably acceptable speeds and then mid way through a 2,6 gig update download it appears that the speed has now been throttled to about 2 megs. Location, Device and signal strength has not changed. I've done all the usual troubleshooting checks like reset the device, checked signal strength and so on but and nothing improves it. And to answer the next question no, only one device connected and there is nothing else that could possible be running concurrently, competing for bandwidth. It is supposed to be uncapped and unshaped according to terms 1.19 right? So why is it looking like it is shaped down to 2 megs now?

11 Mar 2022, 13:29Huge thank you for the follow up. Speed has been up and down somewhat but must admit it has improved allot from what it was at the beginning. Still not quite as advertised but for the moment I can bear with it till fiber is installed. Have a brilliant day
