Rain takes over your bank account

I joined rain recently and the sales person Ntokozo Mkhize was amazing on the phone, but he told me rain would send me a link to make payment every month. Yesterday my account was debited and am wondering how since I did not give Rain permission to do this. What was agreed is for me to pay rain not for rain to do as they please with my account. I sent an e-mail to support with no response, tried calling and their phones ring off the hook so am wondering what will happen if I need further assistance from them later on.The sales process is great, sms upon sms with updates then dumped just like that
