Rain takes my money but gives no service

I reported a non working internet to Rain about a week ago. They acknowledged that they were experiencing technical difficulties with their tower in Standerton. Subsequently I have called many times and spent lots of airtime trying to get an update. Still nothing. This is so unprofessional and just poor service delivery. Their debit order didn't fail to go through today.
