Rain takes my money, but gives me no service!!!

My account has been suspended - AND THE ACCOUNT IS PAID. Rain allocated my payment, but no one seems to be able to activate my account. Not sure about you, but I'm not okay with paying for something I am not getting. Would rather throw my money down the drain. This is so frustrating!!!!!
