Rain take your money but there is no customer service

I signed up with Rain and purchased their mobile wi-fi device. I have had my device for less than 2 months and it is now not working. On Monday 07/10/2019, I called their call centre and spoke to Tebogo who promised me that couriers would collect my faulty device and bring me a new device by today, Wednesday 09/09/2019.

I have just spoken with Thato at Rain and they are unable to give me any answers.

In the meantime, I have been without internet access since Saturday 05/10/2019 and my business is suffering as a result, but Rain are quite happy to take my money and not provide any service.

Rain, you need to get your act together!
