Rain switching on and off
Rain keep going off today and I already get 4 hours in a row without internet access due to loadshedding.. please rain don't start switching the data off an on randomly without any warning or reasons.. this is becoming unviable to use as internet service..

22 Jan 2023, 15:35Well that means we will have no data for the entire day it seems, it's been off now 2 hours and still nothing, then we have loadshedding at 8 till 10pm then our data stays off from 10pm till 12pm because the tower goes off with the group that's parallel to us.. that's just not cool it honestly feels like we perhaps get less data connection than actually data use.. so after all it seems not viable to be on this network..

I do also understand that if it wasn't for loadshedding things would be alot better, as your service is good without loadshedding In the equation. So I can't blame Rain for alot of the trouble.. it is alot to do with Eskom failure. But the foreseeable future is loadshedding they even announced 2 years permanent loadshedding now.. so it's just hard that we are parallel to another group that has the Rain tower that goes down on their loadshedding, so we subsequently get 4 hours without internet each loadshedding which just is hard to work around..

Okay my data connection is back on been.. look I do appreciate your quick response on Hellopeter..
