Rain switched off my wifi for no reason , no coverage

I have been calling Rain since yesterday morning. It says "No coverage in your area " online with Ask Rain. They have escalated my calls to the technical team but nothing has changed. I'm still waiting after 3 calls to the call center. I'm so frustrated with this service and it's response time. My account is up to date so I don't understand why this is happening!!!
