Rain Support/5G Network

I had 4G rain which worked well, so I decided to move to Rain One (5G). They assured me that my connectivity at my location was good. Bought 2-3 months ago and throughout my time I've had it I never went 1 full week with consistent connectivity. I contacted their support about 3-4 times for the last month or so and every time I get told I will be contacted by technicians to assist me.
