Rain Support = Worst ISP

It's been 4 days of no internet. Not just me but everyone around me has the same problem, a few of us have called every day and we get the same response. The most consistent response is; "the tower is under service and a technician will be sent to the tower."

With different excuses every hour, the Rain support staff seems ***********, this was emphasised when my latest call went through to another call centre which apparently is in another country - the connection to this out-of-country call centre is terrible and obviously resulted in dropped calls and still no internet.
