Rain support very bad...

Last week I had a problem with my rain which I ended up writing a complain here on hellopeter and the person that I spoke to was indeed helpful and understanding my frustration. We agreed dat my network will be activated and I should use my router as from today since I'm back at work but it's not activated which it's fine now I'm calling the call centre weeee lol these agents are definitely not customer centric how on earth do you put someone on hold for more than 4mins without coming to a call and telling dem to continue to hold and worse they can't pick up dat I spoke to complains department. But anyway I need to speak to that lady because these people I get through I can't deal with them honestly.
