Rain Support unreachable

Rain support is impossible to reach, when you request a sales call they are quick to call back but can't call back to assist it's client. I received the router and simcards on the 23/09/2024 Everything works fine expect I can't make calls with the simcards. Been trying to reach out and request call backs but it's all in vain. I'm thinking of cancelling my contract because I can't do business with such an entity.
